This Organization has been formed and will be operated for non-profit purposes and charitable activities. The Organization is not for pecuniary benefit and shall not make or declare dividends.

The Purpose of the Organization is exists to support leather/fetish/kink titleholders and those who aspire to those titles. The Organization seeks to . We promote and build community inclusive of all genders and identities in Ventura, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties by:

• (a) Amplifying and supporting the efforts of current leather/fetish/kink titleholders.

• (b) Supporting and celebrating contestants participating in area leather/fetish/kink contests.

• (c) Educating and serving as ambassadors for individuals interested in competing in area leather/fetish/kink contests.

• (d) Working towards the betterment of the leather/fetish/kink and LGBTQIA2S+ communities.

• (e) Providing fun, kinship, and social camaraderie to its members.
